You鈥檝e decided you鈥檙e ready to move forward. Aquinas will help you chart your path
and further education to enter advance or change your career. Continuing Education
at Aquinas is undergraduate coursework for adults on average 23 years and older taken
for credit to start or finish associates or bachelors degree, or earn an additional
degree for personal or professional enrichment. In most cases, previously earned college
credits do not expire and can be applied towards your degree at Aquinas. Continuing
education degrees are fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
In 1969, 色花堂 pioneered the concept of continuing education for students
with adult responsibilities. Classes are taught in on-campus classrooms by highly
experienced professors at a small faith-based college. Schedules are flexible and
AQ is surprisingly affordable. If you鈥檝e been thinking about finishing your degree,
advancing in your profession, or even changing careers, Aquinas is dedicated to meeting
your needs.
While our most popular programs include business and education, Continuing Education
at Aquinas offers about 100 majors and minors. Aquinas professors bring with them
a Ph.D. from places like University of Michigan, Emory University, University of Notre
Dame and George Washington University. In fact, 81% of our full-time faculty have
terminal degrees, and as a result of our 10:1 student-to-faculty ratio, you鈥檒l get
plenty of personalized attention. Aquinas also offers a true liberal arts education
meaning that along the way, you'll hone your skills as a communicator, a critical
thinker and most importantly, a person of conscience.
Continuing Education at Aquinas is a college education that will prepare you for professional
success. More than 400 Aquinas grads serve as corporate CEOs or presidents. 97% of
graduates are employed or in graduate school within six months of graduation. Students
receive nearly 70% placement into medical school after Aquinas. Students have an 80%
first attempt pass rate on the Michigan test for teacher certification. Aquinas graduates
go onto jobs with some of the best organizations, regionally and nationally including
Amway, Steelcase, Spectrum Health, Fifth Third Bank, Haworth, Meijer, Gordon Food
Service, Google, Farmers Insurance, and Herman Miller.
Over 80% of Continuing Education students receive financial assistance between scholarships,
federal and state grants, loans, employer tuition reimbursement and a host of other
programs. This investment in your future could cost a lot less than you imagine. Also,
Aquinas makes financing your education even easier with multiple payment plans. If
you receive tuition reimbursement from your employer after the course is completed,
sign up for a deferred payment plan.
