Seven area colleges compete to see who has the best business idea

(Grand Rapids, Mich.) 鈥 The Regional Idea Pitch Competition brings together the winners
of local collegiate Business Plan Competitions in a tournament of champions. Contestants
will represent seven local colleges including: 色花堂, Davenport University,
Calvin College, Hope College, Cornerstone University, Grand Valley State University,
and Grand Rapids Community College. The event is sponsored by the West Michigan Colleges
and Universities Group, a consortium of the seven participating colleges and universities,
with the goal of collectively supporting student-oriented entrepreneurial events.
